How our laser engraving and color-fill process works
Every color glove engraving starts with a precision laser that burns your name, number, or artwork directly into the top layer of the leather. The laser doesn't cut or weaken the glove — it creates a clean, permanent channel that becomes part of the leather itself, so your personalized baseball gloves keep their break-in and playability.
Then comes the color. We hand-fill every engraved line with leather-grade ink that locks into the burned channel. Unlike paint or decals, the fill can't crack, peel, or rub off — it flexes with the leather through sweat, dirt, and seasons of play. On black, navy, and other dark leathers, color fill is what makes your engraving actually pop.
Before we fire the laser, you'll get a digital proof of your design. Nothing gets engraved until you approve it. Ship your glove with our prepaid label and most orders are back home in 6–10 days.
