Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pickandshovels.com and any orders you place with Pick & Shovels Custom Engraving. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Custom, made-to-order work
Engraving is a permanent, made-to-order service. You are responsible for confirming the spelling, fonts, and artwork submitted with your order before production begins. Once we begin laser engraving, the work cannot be undone.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Shipping
Inbound and outbound shipping is handled via UPS using prepaid labels we provide. Risk of loss transfers to the carrier on hand-off. We’ll assist with tracking and claims, but transit damage and loss are governed by carrier policy.
Intellectual property & uploaded artwork
You represent that any logos, names, numbers, or artwork you submit are yours to use or are properly licensed. You grant us permission to reproduce that artwork solely to fulfill your order. We may decline orders that appear to infringe third-party rights.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pick & Shovels operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
